Rick Scott - Staff
Mr. Scott has been with the Centre since it was established in 1981. Originally hired as a limnologist to head a long-term investigation of the water quality effects of urbanization on lakes and ponds making up the former water supply for the City of Halifax, his research broadened to include such topics as watershed management, on-site wastewater treatment, erosion and sediment control, and rainwater cistern systems.
